Beatriz Ferreira

She has a degree in Communication Sciences from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. In 2023, she completed her master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy at ISEG, with a thesis dedicated to evaluating the measures implemented in Portugal during the Covid-19 pandemic for the labour market.

She was a journalist for eight years, first at Sábado magazine (Economy/Society), then at Correio da Manhã and CMTV (Economy/Politics) and at Observador (Economy). Over the years, she has followed various economic areas with a special focus on the Labour Market and Law, Social Security and Public Administration.

In recent years she has covered the process of preparing and voting on the State Budget on Permanent Council for Economic and Social Dialogue.
